The service difference we provide is this: instead of having to spend your time and energy going to the pet superstore, grocery, or veterinarian, we bring these items directly to your home or business.

We’ve established relationships with major manufacturers and distributors who provide the pet supplies that you’re already using. We provide those same pet supplies at a price that is competitive with what it costs you to go get these items yourself, but we save you the time and effort required to make that trip.

Our Pawsch family gets to know you and your pets so that we’re able to provide caring knowledgeable advice coupled with a timely and convenient service experience. Beyond simply delivering your pet’s food, our patent-pending vehicles are mobile pet stores.

Our vans are filled with all the treats, toys, and accessories you might want to purchase, just like you would if you were actually inside a pet super store. Special product requests are handled much like a concierge service, on an individual basis.

 

This is why we created Pawsch! It’s a simple concept really, and it's all about the Pawsch customer experience.

We make it easy for you to provide your pets with the food, toys, treats, and accessories they need and you desire.

We deliver the products that you’re already using, to your door, when you need them.

 

How the Pawsch Customer Experience Happens

1. Establish Client Profile
We will contact you to establish a Client Profile, as we do with all of our members. This provides you the opportunity to learn about our services and to tell us about the products you need. You provide us the information necessary for us to deliver the best products andservice possible to you and your pets!

2. Provide Welcome Packet
Once we've completed your client profile, we’ll set a time for our Director of Client Experience, or driver, to contact you. Then we'll review your profile information and confirm your delivery schedule. We'll also discuss any special needs or questions that you might have and your first delivery will include our customer welcome packet with some special surprises inside.

3. You’re All Set!
Now you’re an established Pawsch customer and you’ll enjoy the full benefits of all our services. We’ll deliver your regular pet food and treats according to the schedule we’ve established with you. Approximately 5 days prior to your next scheduled delivery, you’ll receive a reminder from us that it’s time to think about your pet’s supply needs. Each visit, you’ll have the opportunity to see and select additional items from our mobile pet store vehicles. You can update your account information and product information at any time, either with your driver, or by phone, or on our website.

 

 

Who We Serve

If you own a pet, we’re at your service! You’re already using the products we deliver, but you’ve been used to purchasing them for yourself! Let us save you the time, effort, and inconvenience. Pawsch provides our delivery service to caring pet owners who demand quality products for their pets and desire the convenience of home delivery. We are constantly expanding our delivery areas and routes based on our expanding customer base.
Please contact us; the chances are that we’re already in your area . . . or we’re on our way!

Delivery Information

Once we complete your client profile information, we’ll ask you for your delivery preferences. We’ll also ask how often you wish to receive deliveries, usually bi-weekly or monthly. Then we’ll ask if there are particular days of the week, and times of the day that you prefer. We’ll also discuss if leaving the product is an option, should you be unavailable.

Next, we’ll put your information into our client routing system to determine the best delivery solution based on your schedule and our delivery routes.

Most of our clients prefer to be at home when we deliver, so they can take advantage of our mobile pet store and benefit from the opportunity for additional purchases of treats, toys, and accessories, should they be desired.
